The TMI Tag
Hello everyone! Originally I filmed this (or so I thought) in case I was brave enough to put it up on YouTube! At the end of the recording though, I'd realised I'd spent ages talking to a camera and it hadn't even recorded. Ouch. So when I saw this on Chloe's blog I decided to do it here! I love the idea of this tag, I find sometimes with blogging that people only know what we wear or what we put on our body but not little things about us!

Primark Haul SS14
Hello everyone! Recently I have been shopping, and this is the first part (the Primark part) of my collective haul! Please excuse picture quality - it's really hard to take pictures of clothing for a haul! Next time, I think I might try and take pictures while the clothes are actually on me.
On my first trip to Primark, I picked up the amazing Marvel pyjamas which caught my eye as soon as I stepped into the sleepwear section. Anything Marvel and I am there. In the same shop, I picked up a gorgeous NYC t-shirt which is cropped and I thought it would be gorgeous to wear with disco pants; I also bought the beautiful peach coloured jumper, which has an amazing rose gold zip detail down the back which I love. The last thing pictured which I picked up were the cute Winnie the Pooh slipper boots. I also picked up some sleep leggings for £3 but they're in the wash so I couldn't take a picture of them. Sorry!
Today, when I went to Primark I had planned to just get what I needed. I planned wrong! The first thing I saw when I walked into the shop was this Little Mermaid t-shirt. I am obsessed with The Little Mermaid so how could I walk out of Primark without it?! When I was scouring the sale racks I also noticed this red vest, I bought a similar one in green, in AW13 which you can see here. It was a bargain! As I ventured into the sleepwear section I noticed this Clueless pyjama top. I started saying oh my god...my very girly side coming out, I love Clueless so much! This was in my basket like a flash. The last thing I picked up (which was actually something I needed) were these gorgeous Chelsea Boots. I absolutely love them!
Marvel pyjamas £10
NYC T-Shirt £5
Peach Jumper £5.90 On Offer
Winnie The Pooh Slippers £3 On Sale
Little Mermaid T-Shirt £6
Clueless Pyjama Top £5
Red Vest £2 On Sale
Chelsea Boots £15

Soap & Glory Glad Hair Day Shampoo
Hello everyone! A while ago I picked up this shampoo in Boots when there was a 3 for 2 offer on, as I just wanted to try something new!
Now, I know you could say there's not 'much' to shampoo, it's meant to wash your hair and keep it healthy. However the longevity of the cleanliness and whether it makes your hair greasy or dry is also a massive factor!
The shampoo itself is a thick, gel like formula. I found it hard to lather compared to other shampoos, and had to use quite a lot of product to get it to lather all over my hair. The smell of the shampoo is gorgeous, it smells like sweets!
I found it hard near the end of the tube to get any product out and had to squeeze it seriously hard. I've never used another shampoo in this type of packaging so it may just be that I prefer a bottle that I can squeeze the last little bits out of.
After washing my hair with this, my hair didn't feel as clean as it does with other shampoos - it felt like it needed a wash pretty much the next morning. It made my hair feel weirdly greasy and dry at the same time, and it certainly didn't make my hair feel soft.
I wouldn't use or buy this again, it really didn't suit my combination hair type of oily roots and dry ends. I'm normally a huge Soap & Glory fan so I was disappointed that this didn't work for me!

Le Volume De Chanel Mascara
Hello everyone! Last May I saw that Chanel were giving out sample sizes of their new mascara, and I signed up at the drop of a hat. I tried this out the first time and knew it was my new favourite mascara! I was so happy when I was bought the full size for my birthday and haven't stopped using it since.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser
Hello everyone! When my brother's girlfriend first text me asking if I'd like her Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser because it broke her out - I jumped at the chance. There was just over a months worth of cleansing left in this so I got a fair try of it! She also gave me two of her muslin cloths that came with it to use.

Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter
Hello everyone! This a product I included in my 2013 favourites, and after you've read through this post, you will know why! Before using Soap & Glory's The Righteous Butter, I never bothered with applying body lotion or body butter after a shower. Now I can't live without doing it!

Body Brushing!
Hello everyone! A short-ish post today. I have been using body brushing as a technique for a while, and thought I'd let everyone that doesn't know about it hear about it.
I started body brushing a while ago. For those who don't know, this helps to 'get rid' of cellulite, which I have so badly. I put get rid of lightly, because I think you'd have to carry on body brushing regularly forever for cellulite to go away completely.
Body Brushing helps to stimulate circulation, which in turn improves your circulation and can improve your immune system greatly. When I first began to body brush, I had only heard of the cellulite benefits, but now I've realised it helps your health so much more!
I always dry body brush before a bath or shower, at first you're meant to start off gently then get more firm as you get used to it! I do a mixture of both depending on where I am brushing. I have seen the effects of it working, and it is needless to say I am quite impressed! Obviously if you team body brushing with regular exercise it will improve your health and cellulite greatly.

The diagram above shows you the directions you are meant to brush in, as these are the directions towards the heart.
There is a basic body brush for £4.99 on the Boots website, and one like mine for £8.
Have you tried body brushing? What do you think of this?
