Salted Brownie Cookies

Since the middle of 2015, I've been watching Cupcake Jemma's videos religiously on YouTube. I have tried out quite a few of her recipes and finally decided to try out these delicious cookies. I decided to bake these because they use rye flour instead of wheat flour and one of my work friends can't eat wheat, so she can still enjoy these!
